TOURS

Seating
There are designated seating areas in each of the three theatre spaces for patrons with limited mobility or those using a wheelchair. If you wish to sit in one of these designated areas please inform the Box Office when making the booking. The booking clerk should be advised whether you will be using a theatre seat or remaining in your wheelchair. Please arrive no later than fifteen minutes prior to curtain up. This will allow adequate time for one of the Ushers to escort you to your seat before the House opens.
Toilets
Toilet facilities for disabled patrons are located at the rear of the Foyer and on the lower ground floor, on the route to the GBS Theatre.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, the Duty Manager may have to evacuate the building. Whilst it is always preferable to evacuate everyone as soon as possible, the building is equipped with a series of Disabled Refuge Points for the use of patrons who feel unable to leave immediately without putting themselves or others at risk. There is a Refuge Point on the central stairwell landing on every floor throughout the building. A member of the Front of House team will be available to escort patrons to the nearest Refuge Point and ensure patrons remain accompanied until they can safely be evacuated. An alarm and speaker system with easy to follow instructions allows those present at the Refuge Point to communicate directly with RADA staff coordinating the emergency evacuation of the building with the Emergency Services.
